Cancellation Policy


Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as they have not yet been processed for shipment. To be eligible for cancellation, the order must still be in the processing stage and not have moved to the shipping phase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return or exchange. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure accuracy.


Process for Requesting a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please log into your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. Locate the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button. If you experience any issues, you can also contact our customer service team directly for assistance. Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if it meets our policy criteria. 


Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, orders placed during special promotions or sales events may be subject to different cancellation terms. We will clearly communicate any exceptions to our standard cancellation policy at the time of purchase. Handling of Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only a portion of your order, the process remains similar to a full cancellation. You can initiate a partial cancellation by selecting the specific items you want to cancel in the "My Orders" section of your account. A refund will be issued for the canceled items, and the remaining items will still be processed and shipped.
